Local artist Sarah and certified trauma-informed coach Monique are teaming up to guide you through a soulful, hands-on journey of creative journaling — a playful, reflective, art-based practice designed to help you ground yourself during the holiday chaos.
Bring a friend, grab a drink, pull up a chair, and prepare to sip, snip, stencil, stamp and while we laugh, reflect, connect and chat about anything and everything.
